Exhaust flange

2019 3.6L exhaust drone, could this flange not being flush have something to do with the drone? There is another flange further down the pipe that seems to be seat flush. Thanks for any info

It’s hard to say without hearing it or knowing where the drone is coming from .

At acceleration feels like it's right under center console, I'm just wondering if anyone elses looks like this

Mine looks exactly like that and when I took it to the dealership to question it, several other trucks there looked exactly like that. Mine is the Mopar performance catback one though.
