Envelope Icon?

This icon showed up Friday night, then this morning the battery seems dead and the truck wouldn't start. Any suggestions?

"You got mail." Would be my guess, did you see if there is a message on "Ram Connect." A brief description of your truck would be helpful.

No other warning lights on or messages showing up?

go into the menu and scroll all the way to the bottom and you will see messages. open that up.
