ENGINE LIGHT PROBLEM

Hello to everyone reading, my truck recently got towed at a baseball game because I’m a dumbass and didn’t read the sign… Anyways after I got my truck back as soon as I turned it everything on my dash went up like a Christmas tree abs the little lightning bolt, check engine light etc… anyways it went away in like 5 minutes so I didn’t think much of it but now I got a check engine light that’s comes and go so I bought an OBD reader so I can know wtf is going on and it’s saying this (check photo). I would really appreciate any help, thanks everyone.

How does the truck run? Check to make sure air intake tube and other hoses are attached to the throttle body. If the truck runs ok clear the code and drive it to see if the CEL comes back on
