My 2025 Rebel is in the Shop for the 3rd time in 2 months for an "Unknown" electrical issue. The truck won't start; the dash goes crazy and then the windshield wipers turn on by themselves and will not turn off. The dealer has replaced the batteries twice so far and said they can't find anything wrong. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I am contemplating getting a lawyer since under TN law if they do not fix the issue this time the truck is considered a lemon.

Diagnosing a CAN-C Star Connector Failure!

Certainly a possibility.
As I pressed send on last post I got another update. See photo. Notice anything missing. Look at bottom right View attachment 194745
This is the back side of the green Security Gateway Bypass (CAN-C Star Connector) located just under the Headlight switch. If one of the capacitors goes bad, or as in this case falls off, the truck goes absolutely crazy, Have the CAN_C Star replaced, just temporarily, and see if the problem goes away.

My husband has a 25 Rebel 1500 bought 4/18. It has been towed 3 times bc wouldn’t start which made him late for work. Any man knows that is no way to stay employed. The 1st time it happened was on 4/19. He picked it up yesterday 7/2 at 5PM after 17 days in service dept. On the way to work this morn. at 3:30AM he got pulled over for no taillights, flickering headlights, also his high beams wouldn’t work. He drives about 1.5 hrs each way and travels oilfield lease rds as well to get to job sites. He had to take off early today to get it back in the shop. It threw 5 codes. The service. dept. has had the truck more time than he has since purchase.
The dealership has replaced battery or maybe batteries once. On occasion they haven’t even girthing a repair ticket so he asked them to email them to him. A couple of the tks.stated “could not duplicate problem, truck cranked and ran as it should “. He can see in the app where they never drove the truck some of the times. To add insult to injury upon closer observation of repair tickets…they haven’t documented the correct truck being in the shop! I have a black 25 Laramie, his Rebel is WHITE. The
B.S. goes on and on. We too are going to have to get an attorney. LA Lemon Law is 4 times or 30 days in the shop for the same problem with no fix.
