I have a 2019 ram 1500 DT 300 miles on it . After a rollover in a Field I cannot get the steering unlocked I accessed the computer and diagnosed the electric motor is experiencing a really high amount of torque on it and drawing too many amps . The steering wheel is not locked out at the column but rather within the motor and I’m wondering if there is a pin that is stuck in there. Similar to when you’ve had a steering wheel that was cranked all the way in one direction when you shut it off and then when you try to turn it it’s stuck until you turn the wheel to take the torque off it.The wheels and suspension we’re not damaged ,mostly sheet metal damage.
