Hi All! I'm looking at a 2025 Ram 1500 Tungsten. It has the off-road group installed on it. I'm leery of it due to the "extra heavy duty" shocks front and rear. Is the suspension still 4 corner air suspension? Does anyone have experience with this and can you tell me does it noticeably stiffen the ride? Are the shocks removable/replaceable with the stock shocks? I can live with the 1" increased ride height. I don't think I'll notice that. Thanks all!

While I don’t have a ‘25, I do have a ‘22 Longhorn 1500 with the ORG. I had 2 1500s previously without the ORG. All had/have 4 corner air ride.
On my truck presently owned truck, I only have 4 selectable ride height settings, whereas previously I had 5 settings. So in effect I am driving in off-road 1 now which is considered “normal.” Is the way it is programmed from the factory. It will still drop to “aero” mode on the highway at around 60 mph.
I think there is a setting in the radio that will allow me to select “aero” as my normal ride height, but I use it to be in “normal” all the time.
I can’t really say if it rides any different with or without the ORG, mainly because my last truck was a 2500 Limited. Never replaced any shocks so have no input there.

Sounds like good marketing to me. From what I've experienced, the base shocks in the Air Ride Suspensions are made by Hitachi where the Rebels got an upgrade to Bilstein to help dampen the bigger tires. They are pretty vague on the specifics of the offroad package but I'm guessing that you got the Bilsteins. There's a few of us that have done the swap on our trucks and they ride great.
