ECODIESEL Ready-Lift Level help

Im due to get a Ready lift level installed tomorrow on my 21 ecodiesel. I just randomly looked at the instructions and it say in bold red. "Will not work with ecodiesel" does anyone here have any experience with this or know why it would be an issue on the ecodiesel??

Its a 1.5 inch level that im looking at.

I had no issues with the 3.5” SST lift with the replacement for upper A arms
