?E-Torque? whine

I've had my 2019 with e-Torque for about 6 months. Recently, I have notices a high pitch whine that sounds like some electric golf carts I have driven. To be honest I'm not sure if the sound has always been there and I just didn't notice it before or if it has newly developed. All I do know is that now that I hear it, it is almost unbearable. Curious if this is just how the trucks sound or if I've developed a problem. Here is a short audio clip:

Coming from GM I think that's just the noise of the transmission of RAM's?
