E torque order

I was trying to place order for new truck with E torque and the salesman sent me this text
" I just tried putting together the order for that 1500 but the etorque is on an order restriction in our system. Do you want to order it without the etorque? "
Does anybody has similar situation recently?

I just ordered one last week so, no, this doesn't sound right.

Make sure they place it as a "sold order." Should go through.

Come to Canada. I tried ordering a Rebel with ETorque Hemi in July. Still waiting for them to order it. Hoping October order date and I my get it in the new year.

Just happened to me too.

I had the same thing happen when I tried to order one through the dealer. They told me they can start to place etorque orders again Oct 5. I just had them find me one from another dealer and I took a pass I on the ram box I wanted. My guess is parts availability issue.
