I'm looking at purchasing a 1500 to replace my 9 year old F150 with 175k miles.
I think ideally I would like a Big Horn, 5.7L, Level 2 equipment, and bucket seats. Unfortunately that configuration is super hard to find for some reason.
The Big Horn with the Night Edition package is super common on dealer lots around here. It checks a few boxes, namely the bucket seats, and also includes a limited slip rear differential. I do like the appearance, with the 20" black painted wheels and body color bumpers. However, I've never owned a truck with painted wheels and bumpers before. How do they hold up long term? I'm likely going to keep this vehicle for a similar timeframe as my current truck and just want to make sure they won't look like crap after a few years from wear & tear.
Thanks!
