Dry rot on OE Falken Wildpeak AT3?

I have about 2 years and 38k miles on my Limited ORP's original Falkens. The passenger side tires look like they are dry rotting like a tire that's more like 10 years old. The only explanation I have is that the sun is more intense on the passenger side where the truck is normally parked. But still, this seems unusual for a set of 2-year old tires.

Anyone else ever experience this?

Take them to a local Falken dealer (or your dealer) and they may replace them. Had this happen to a few tires on one of my vehicles several years ago. They looked at them and, without hesitation, replaced them under a prorated warranty which was very nice.

I've parked in the sun a lot and have never seen that on 2018? era tires. I second the warranty attempt if you want similar tires.

Thanks, guys. I'll do that. Discount Tire carries them so I'll drop in and see what they say.
