Hello ram owners

i bought ram 2019 bighorn every things fine except there is noisy droning sound specially when someone in rear seats the humming sound between 1.5-2 rpm i took my car to the dealer many times nothing happened

i read couple of threads people complaining about it and seems its a common problem with the ANC device however i m looking for proper solution to addressed this problem.

Richard, just read your thread. Took my truck into the mountains for the first time this weekend. It was doing the same thing you describe. Mine was a random droning at 70ish or 40ish. Lots of droning. Did your TSB you posted solve this issue? If so I want to take my truck in and reference it to have it fixed. It was so annoying listening to that.
Haven't heard it since

Hi @fawaz. - If you address this with your dealer and you would like additional support for that process, please do not hesitate to send us a private message! We would be happy to escalate a case on your behalf to a case manager who can work alongside both you and your dealer.
