Nice👍 Hopefully mine does the same when I get my wheels
Call me crazy. But I got new wheels/tires and now it doesn't drone as much in eco anymore. Pretty odd, but I definitely noticed a difference because it used to drive me crazy I would always set the gear limit around town. Probably the tread sound frequency canceling some of the drone out.

Either way, win win.

Does anyone have a solution to droning exhaust noise when eco mode is on? On 2021 ram 5.7 hemi

Does the drone sound like driving over rumble strips? I’ve noticed an intermittent done that gets pretty loud. It goes away when I put it in tow haul.

I can easily tell when eco kicks on at lower speeds (below 35) at highway speeds it is not noticeable. At low speeds I can even feel a little shutter.

I have a 2019 ram 1500, crew cab, 6'4" bed. I have never heard any exhaust noise. Well, i hear it roar when I hit the gas hard, but I think hemi's are supposed to sound like a v8. But never an heard a drone on my truck at any rpms, city or highway.

Some people aren't as sensitive. I can hear and feel mine. Same with my Silverado v6 with mds.

This is not always the case. You're right about some people being more sensitive to it, but the truck can also make a big difference. It was very obvious when MDS was active on the 2020 Laramie I used to own. Bothered me so much that I turned it off every time I shifted into D in that truck. But on my current 2021 Limited I can only feel it on a rare occasion, so I leave it on to do its thing. We'll see if I continue to do that if/when I upgrade my exhaust LOL.

I actually think that the bad droning is caused by Active Noise Cancellation. Perhaps it’s a combination of old ANC software and eco.

It's not really a drone. I don't hear it, I feel it. Engine vibration like cheap a 4 cylinder..
