Back at the dealership for over a week only to get a call that they can't fix it and that the brake noises are normal wow!!!!!!! Time to buy another brand !!!!!

I had both the front and rear brakes supposedly fixed. The front lasted for about two months and 2500 miles before they started making noise again. The rear lasted two or three weeks. I can't believe FCA engineers can't get brakes right,,,,ridiculous.
 
There is a TSB for the rear brakes to fix the noise you describe. Mine was done and it is fixed. Used to groan like crazy when cold or wet, mainly in reverse.
 
I am also waiting on the “ correct “ parts to make the sounds a thing of the past !!!
 
^^^. See this is what annoys me as they replaced my rears earlier and the noise is back and meaner. The other day it reared up and took my lunch money. :(
 
Was going to have this TSB done... but not until a permanent solution is available. I like my service guys... but not enough to visit more than once a year.
