Planning a trip to Montreal in about a month. From what I've read, the borders are open.

Besides my Passport and COVID19 Immunization Card, is there anything else I need? Has anyone driven to Canada recently? What was your experience? Thanks in advance

When I flew to Canada two months ago, I had to use the ArriveCan app to upload my vaccine and covid test status. I believe my friend who drove across the border had to do the same. Not sure whether things have changed.

Does your COVID test need to be within 72 hours?

Yes it did need to be within 72 hours. And it had to be a PCR test (not antigen). It was easy for me because my doctor's office has the test and doesn't charge for it. They returned the results in 1 day.

Earlier in the pandemic, I flew to Hawaii, which also needed a test. I went to a testing service at the airport -- they tested me and had the results emailed within 15 minutes. But it cost around $100.

Just an update. Came back last week. Got my two tone paint job :ROFLMAO:
NJ -> Montreal -> Quebec City -> Montreal -> NJ
