Driver Side View Mirror Flip Out Issues

My driver side mirror when it flips back out seems to over extend slightly and then pops back. The mirror will do this several times and then stops where it should be. Anybody experience this issue? Just recently bought my 2019 Laramie used with 4800 miles.

Yes the power folding mirrors. I have only folded them in and out a handful of times in the 600 miles that I have driven the truck. Next stop is the Ram dealership to have them fix.
