Good morning
I took advantage of nice weather yesterday and decided to clean the inside and outside of my ram 1500 I saved the wash for last. But I got to the driver side front put my hand on the floor. It was wet and ended up taking the trim off and pulling the carpet back the floor and the insulation was wet as well. It’s only the driver side front. The passenger side is good. I do have a moonroof I look and used a flashlight I didn’t see any stains on the headliner or pillars. I also just turned my AC on for the first time this year. For a half hour drive. I don’t know if that might be causing it, but I also just had my windshield replaced a couple weeks ago and then it rained really hard for a few days. Anybody have any advice or have the same issue and can point me in the right direction? Much appreciated!

Biggest suspect IMO is the recently replaced windshield and the rains afterward. If you had no leaks prior to that replacement, then it most likely is there.

That’s what I’m leaning more towards the dam windshield. I did go outside at lunchtime. I poured water down the sunroof drains and they both drained Excellent no issues with those. So probably gonna get a hold of safelite. I did turn the truck on and have it run for 25 minutes with the AC on. I did not see any water drip underneath though I don’t know if that would be an issue as well. Was trying to do a process of elimination before I bark a little at safelite. Thank Kristy kush lol!

I had a Volvo many years ago that got the front carpets soaked. It was coming from the evaporator inside the heater core compartment. It took me several trips to the dealer just to convince them there was a leak at all. Fixing it was a several days in the shop event. I later met about a half dozen other Volvo owners that had the exact same experience, so it was an assembly problem at the factory.

One big question is how long your floor has been wet. It's possible to not notice it for a long time.
