Hello from Southern Oregon!
Weāve been a Wrangler family since 2016. With two growing boys and a rather large pup my wifeās 2012 4 door Wrangler was beginning to feel a tad tight. It didnāt help that the other two rigs were 2 door Wranglerās
Weāve always talked about owning a truck and finally decided to sell my wifeās Jeep and one of mine and begin looking. I was originally on the hunt to test drive/purchase a newer F150 until I saw a Ram 1500 MegaCab at the same lot and test drove it⦠thatās all it took before I began a Nationwide Search for the right one. Since this would be my wifeās daily she had to have all the options (ie: leather seats, 12ā Nav, body matching bumpers, etc) in Granite Crystal Metallic. We ended up finding two 2019 Ram Limiteds in West Virginia and Montana. After speaking with both dealers in an attempt to negotiate the price we ended up purchasing a Ram Certified Used 2019 Limited out in Montana.
My wife and I purchased our 1 way tickets out to White Fish, Montana and did the 13 hour trek back home before our oldestās first t-ball game the following day. Talk about exhausting
Weāre over the moon with the new Rig! We plan on purchasing an aluminum trailer to haul the last Wrangler in the stable-my 2006 LJ to local dunes, Rubicon Trail, Moab Utah, and many other trails.
As for the Ram we really donāt have to much planned for her other than better tires. This is a first for me, as Iām always on board to modify our vehicles. Who knows, maybe itāll change
Here are photos of the stables before/after photos now thinned out to only my Khaki 2006 LJ and of course, the Ram 1500 on our way out of Montana:
