Dreaded Hemi-tick

Just listened to my engine and suddenly have lifter tick. This Isn’t the exhaust Manifold tick. Really frustrating as this has been very well maintained and just hit 100k. I had a 4th gen that that only made it 117K, really disappointed I made the same mistake. Love the truck. The tick is at Idle and wasn’t there a several weeks ago.

Any advice. Is this still a common problem? I don’t let the truck idle long, have taken every precaution. Tick wasn’t there on my last oil change.

Just curious, what makes you certain it's not an exhuast leak?
