I got a call from Ram Customer Care.
Now they want "ME" to take a video of what I am observing.
I told them I took 5/8 foam tubing and placed it between the gasket and the door.
(This is very temporary)
The wind noise dropped down a lot.
So they want a video with the tubing and one without.
They called me last week.
Today I get a call and say they want the video by tomorrow.
I said excuse me....
I just got out of the hospital.
I'm a disabled veteran...
I need some time.
I also told her while I'm on the phoIne with you I found several Service Bulletins on this subject.
Why didn't Ram address this?
You need to send the video.
