Door Panel Retention Clips Part Number?

Anyone know the Mopar part numbers for the 2 part door panel rentention clips/plugs? I have a couple that were boogered upon removal and won't reseat correctly.

I found two different types for the front doors, they should be cheap enough I would just get both and see what works. Hope this helps.

Now if only I could figure out which of the 4 interior latch handles is right for the Larimie Sport....

The exterior latch cable retention piece partially broke on mine during removal. I have it rigged with a cable tie, but would just replace if I'm in there.
