Door lock issues

My drivers door will not unlock when I stick my hand on the door handle to unlock it passively. I also then try to push the unlock button on the remote and the door will still not unlock. I did change the battery in the keyfob remote and this did not fix the problem. The other day when I had this problem I used the app to unlock it and the app stated drivers door unlocked successfully. I was standing next to the truck and the little lock on top of the door did not pop up. I then used the physical key to unlock the door. When I got inside the buttons on the actual door did not unlock/lock the locks. I then started the truck and the locks started working.

Today I tried my other remote and it worked fine. Then I changed the battery in the initial keyfob again and its now working. But I dont know if this will continue to be a problem.

I don't know what to say other than time will tell. You can't fix something when it isn't broken. You have to wait and see.

The dealer is the same. They will not spend much time testing for something that is currently working. I'm an IT tech and will often have to close a ticket with the reason, 'unable to reproduce the problem'.
