Does this seem like a decent price.

Went to my tire shop today to place my order for my 295/70/18 Toyo Open Country AT 2. In total for all four, alignment, road hazard, tire disposal, and resetting of the TPMS sensors was $1600.00. Now I don’t have a problem spending money on things, just not sure if $299.00 per tire is a good deal. Also I’m in New Jersey if that helps any.

If based upon responses it seems to be, then I’ll place my order on Monday and have them installed by Friday. Also just as an aside I have a oem Mopar 2” lift kit on my Ram. 54A04F10-1C0A-4A92-8EFB-F5E1ACC2CA7E.jpeg

Is there a difference between the AT 2 and AT 2 xtreme?? Because online I can find the AT 2 extreme and they are 330+ a tire and that’s online pricing. Plus install etc

Four of the 35x12x50x20 Toyo open country tires was $1359 via my buddy so I think you got a good deal

I looked at the sheet they printed out for me and I was wrong. Each tire is $290.00 not $299. Like I said I don’t mind spending the money, just don’t want to be run over. Also my wife suggested I leave the tires on my current wheels, and buy another set of 18” ones to put the new tires on.

I'm going to look at the Nitto Ridge Grapplers. I love Toyos, had in my last 2 trucks but they wear out fast and are kinda noisy

See noise is what I am trying to avoid, at least until I have all my audio installed. I’ll need to see if they have my needed size also.

I’m seeing these, but I would need to see them in person first. 751F0A1E-DEF5-4741-9B2C-0EEDAA6D33B1.jpeg

BFG's convey more road noise than the Toyos. I'm gonna try the Nittos and see how it goes.

Since I am limiting myself to 295/70/18 sized tires, I don’t expect too much. I know that most tires in that size will be load range E.
