Does having a 6 in lift change angle of front/rear diff and measuring fluid?

I am getting ready to change the front and rear diff fluids out and wanted to know if having a 6in BDS lift change how I need to measure the fluid when I fill it? Wasn’t sure if the angle changes since the BDS truly moves the front diff down to keep things within spec.
Do I just let the fluid spill out just like I have seen on blauparts site?

Assuming a one-piece driveshaft:
If you did not change the pinion angle to match the new lift-induced transmission U-Joint working angle, the rear differential drain and fill operation will be same as stock.
