Does anyone know if there is a way to adjust charging voltage in the 2025’s?

I would like to gain control over the charging voltage so I can hold it at around 14 volts so I can add a lithium battery for my aftermarket stereo system.

get yourself a Victron or a Redarc DC-DC charger.
you cannot change the charging voltage on the truck.

I'll also add in the question of eTorque. If you have this and want to also add a bunch of boombox bass capacity, a DC to DC system looks to be the best bet. There is no practical known way to hack into and modify the rest of the system, so that leaves adding an additional separate load. The next challenge will be be staying within the limits of the as-equipped charging systems.

Outside of the box, a completely isolated sound system including batteries might be an option, plug it in at home to charge as needed.

If you do not have eTorque, then dual batteries might be an option but this might stress the alternator, leading to figuring out how to adapt the charging system from a diesel to a gas engine. All this stuff is already on the edge in any direction, I have not seen a solution with staying power. So having parts on-han to back out is not a bad fall-back plan.

If eTorque, maybe re-engineering directly off of the 48 volt system might be the cleanest solution, though not trivial. But there is a lot of power available there, it is what charges the initial 12V starter battery.
