I recently purchased a 2019 Ram 1500 crew to replace my 2004 Ram Quad with 210,000 miles. I loved my 2004 and it was a great truck but I gotta say this 2019 Ram is awesome! I bought Mopar bed lights and went to install them today. Apparently there must be a couple options as the bolt pattern on these don't line up with anything on my vehicle. I'll work that out with my dealer. In preparing to install the lights step one is to disconnect the battery and battery relay which I did. As soon as I realized the lights were not going to work is reconnected both battery and relay and unfortunately found I had lost back up camera, heated and vented seats, heated wheel, CD player and Sirius. My question, is there a way to get these all back on my own or does is need to go back to dealer? Thanks for reading.

Everything should come back on its own.
Try to restart few times or just wait a bit.

Had the same happen to me, seems it takes a bit for the system to restart. Mine was back overnight including my radio presets

AndreiV, thank you for responding. I just read other posts with the same issue and it sounds like it self corrects after a few hours. thanks

Same thing just happened to me after disconnecting the battery to install the Daystar leveling kit
