I disconnected the battery to reset an engine warning light. Recommended by the dealer. It worked now the backup camera stopped working. Any Ideas on how to fix this? Thank you. it's a 2020 3500 with 200 miles on it.

Do you have nav or the non-nav radio? If it’s nav it can take a while for some stuff to reappear. For whatever reason, the camera is one of the longest.

The back up camera is tied into the radio. In June both my 8.4 radio/nav and back up wiped out (lost 1 1/2 years of destinations). The camera came back the following day without any disconnection. How long has it been?

Wait a few hours it will come back. If you changed the theme you will have to reset that otherwise everything should stay as it was. You may not have passenger heated or cooled seats for the same amount of time or heated steering wheel.

This is normal when the battery is disconnected, takes some time for the reboot.

Hi there @AquaticFrontier,
We certainly understand why this would be concerning. If you are not able to determine a solution based on suggestions from fellow forum members and you decide to address this with your Ram dealer, please be sure to follow up with us via private message. We would be more than willing to escalate your situation to a Uconnect specialist who can work alongside you and your dealer while your truck is in service.
