Digital Trailer Cam Connection

I'm considering adding a DRVM, but would like to add a second camera on my camper. I've read a few connection issues regarding the length of the wire to the back of the trailer.

What kind of connection point do you use between the truck and trailer? Has anyone tried a wireless camera on the trailer?

Forgive me - but I've read that entire thread and saw nothing about wireless cameras or what type of connection people use between the truck and trailer. Can you point out post numbers or something that I missed?

I am considering trying the correct Part number from a donor vehicle. Anyone ever have issues with used mirrors or cameras working from a donor? No re-flashing needed or anything like that?There's nothing to "reflash". They will work fine.

What type of connections do people use between the truck and trailer to separate the wires when the trailer isn't connected?

Has anyone tried a wireless digitial camera for the trailer?
