Digital Rearview Mirror

I have a 2025 ram 3500 dually 6.7 turbo HD Laramie. now when i bought it, the box for the trailer camera came in the back seat. the plug was allready on the bumper. The issue is the rear view mirror does nothing but show 1 camera, there are no other options, so i brought it in, and the dealer has it for a few hours, and tells me i need a new rear view mirror, that when the camera is plugged in, the computer sees it, but nothing comes up on the mirror. The dealer ordered a new mirror, was put in yesterday, and NOTHING the same stuff. nothing comes up, but 1 camera, and now they say when they go into the system, everything is greyed out. SO this was another trip and a waist of 4 hours. SO they tell me that they are calling Ram's tech dept to see what they say. Has anyone had this issue on the new 3500. im losing patience, and called the GM at the dealer telling him i may have to bring it in for the 3rd time, that is Unexceptable.

Ram / dealer stated it was the correct camera, issue is the rear view mirror does not give the options it is suppose to. It does one thing , and that is the one camera on the back, that’s it
