Has or anyone out there having issues with the tow mode camera . I have a 2022 Ram 3500 limited with the tow package.
It was working fine last year while we traveled over 16,000 miles with our 5th wheel .Now looking to head out again, checking things out the camera is not working. It shows a disconnect at the pluggin port on the digital rearview mirror. Took it to my local dealer, they do not have clue on how to check for connectivity from the mirror to the pluggin port. I had to furnish them with a link to trace all the connections from the mirror to the port. Then had to remove the camera from my 5th wheel so they can check connection to the camera.
I live in southwest ,Florida. Anyone in this area with this package have someone they know or any suggestions?

Same exact thing started happening to me in my 2022 Ram 2500 Limited w/tow package. Hardwired OEM trailer camera worked great for 1.5 seasons of RV'ing displayed onto my digital rear view mirror. I've noticed that when it started having a lot of issues is when I was towing at greater than 90 degrees F outside. Unsure if the external camera on the back of the trailer is susceptible to thermal effects and cuts out when it gets too hot. The hotter it got the more it cut out I believe but not confirmed heat was the issue definitively. I'm interested to tow again this fall when it's cooler here in Colorado and see if the same issue arises. Did you have any luck troubleshooting?
