No. At least, not until an aftermarket company comes up with something, but hasn't happened yet, so I doubt it will ever happen.

Directed (viper/pythin) has an app called SmartStart. I had it installed on my 2019 earlier this year and it works amazing.
I can drop the tailgate, lock, unlock and start from my phone. Upgraded plans include gps tracking and other cool things.
