Digital Key setup 2025 Laramie

I bet they have a smaller iPhone version. I have the pixel 8 pro and it's a royal pain getting it lined up properly on the charger. I have friends with the smaller iPhones and it works first try.

When you say "it works" are you just talking about the wireless charging? Or are you talking about the NFC and using the phone as a digital key?

I’ve had my truck for a little over a month an have not received a single update. The app updated but does not have the SPAAK or ventilation button active yet. It would be nice for them to take some lessons from Hyundai, on my wife’s 2025 Palisade she can have 4 different remote start profiles with each being able to control ac/heat temp, seat temps, steering wheel heater, defrost, mirror/rear defrost, and run time for the remote start.

I’m in the same boat. Got my 25 Laramie with Level 2 about a month ago. No Uconnect updates and I’m on Ram iPhone app version 1.98.3 and no ventilation button either.

Conveniently, the dealer lost my NFC card so I don’t even have that. Apparently they’re looking into it and trying to order a new one, but frustrating nonetheless.

But, the Ram app on my iPhone does not have a Ventilation tile or a digital key tile. I deleted the app and reinstalled and still the same.

Kinda aggravating, really. They have a video showing how it all works, but the Ram app doesn’t match what the video shows.

May I suggest you spend a little time reading this thread from the beginning? There is one Smart Phone as a Key UNICORN on this forum of who we are all envious. The rest of us are in your exact position.

Wait for OTA updates to your system. Somehow it updates the app as well. I did get the ventilation option on the last go but still can't use the phone as a key. June could be the magic month.

I have yet to receive an OTA in my 25 Longhorn that I picked up in March. What are you guys doing to get OTA updates?

I don't think anyone has done anything specific. It's also possible that because yours was built later, that it came with updated software from the factory. Maybe post your version number/compare to others that have shared theirs. I'm still waiting for my truck, so I'm not much help.

I"m pretty sure it's a VIN thing at this point. The trucks have the SW and FW they need already. They just updated the app to 1.98.3. I think it's a matter of them turning it on behind the scenes, and then the tile/button to pair your phone will appear in the app.

I picked mine up in February, and I have not received any OTA updates either. I want to ventilate my truck too!!!!
