Digital Dash bugs

Hey Everyone,

So today driving to work the turn signal indicators and headlight indicators that show up as green signals on the digital dash when turned on, stopped working. The headlights and turn signals work normally, just the indicator lights don't show up and the noise it makes when the turn signal is on also doesn't come on.

Anyone else ever have this issue? 2023 rebel Hemi with E torque.
