DEF recommendations in owners manual

I have been reading all of the comments regarding the recommended engine oil on the new EcoDiesel. Does anyone know if there are issues with the brand/type of DEF to use? I have always used to BlueDef in the past and it is compliant with all ISO 22241 standards. Any thoughts?

From the Diesel supplement part of the owner's manual quoted below - so you're fine. I've used BlueDef and AdBlue interchangeably for years with my German ecodiesel. No issues.

"Mopar Diesel Exhaust Fluid (API Certified) (DEF) or equivalent that has been API Certified to the
ISO 22241 standard. Use of fluids not API Certified to ISO 22241 may result in system damage."

I used the def from the pump once so far and no issues with it.

You’re going to be hard pressed to find DEF that‘s NOT ok.
