Hey, I’m looking to buy some BFG AT KO2’s to put on my stock 20’s. Since buying my truck in 2021 I’ve been running the stock 20s in the summer and while picking up my truck feok the dealership I bought a set of factory take off built to serve edition rims and mounted my old winter tires from my 2016 ram.
I didn’t realize till last spring that the old truck ran 275/60 but the new one has 275/55. Now those winters are done and I want to go back to just running 1 set all year and will sell the built to serve rims. But that realization of the larger size has sent me down a rabbit hole. First I planned to just get 275/60’s.. then I thought.. for a little bit more money I could level and go 285/60 or bigger.. but realistically I’d want to raise the rear too and do a proper levelling kit with the UCA relplacement etc… not sure I went to fork out that money..
So… specifically with the factory 20’s and BFG ATs, would 285/60’s work, does anyone have photos? I could live with minor minor rubbing in full lock or full lock reverse.. or slightly tweak a liner if needed..
If anyone was wondering, here’s one of the only photos I’ve found of my truck running the built to serve rims with 275/60 winters.. I guess having a baby has distracted me from taking random pics of my truck like I used to!
