I've read about this recently, here is the link from the Jeep Cherokee forum, very similar screen, for them it was after an automatic update....

2023 Grand Cherokee Uconnect Failed OTA Update Bricked...
Jeep/Uconnect forced an OTA Update OTA that bricked the whole unit according to the Dealer. Didn't elect to install the update. Sat in the car and it was automatically installing. At about 78%, screen went black and system rebooted all glitchy. After continuosly trying to reboot, now stuck on...

This was caused by an over the air update that's around a year old. If the update fails badly then it bricks the radio. They can be fixed but not until they release the full version of the software to the masses to reinstall the software on the radio. Dealership can only "fix" the issue by swapping the radio out for a new or used one.
If you upgrade to a different radio then you won't get OTA updates anymore so you'll never had to worry about this happening all of a sudden.
