2023 Ram Hemi/E Torque with 3500 miles was completely dead today. Attempted to jump with 2 battery packs designed for jumping and known to be good per use on other vehicles. Plugged in a smart/trickle charger, which stated the battery was at 2 volts. I then opened the drivers door and: the power running boards went in and out constantly, not stopping, the lights on either side of the driver screen flashed, the headlights sometimes flashed, and a very loud popping seemed to be coming from inside the cabin. Could not lock or unlock doors.
The smart charger has selections for AGM or Gel battery -which? The owners manual does not say.
There charge selections are 3v maintenance or 15v rapid. Can I use the rapid?
Is this a sign of a significant issue?
FYI I attempted to call my dealer and was on hold or sent to VM repeatedly, could never get a person.
Thanks,

Thanks,
Sounds like everything is going hay wire due to low voltage condition.
I would use AGM and high rate, charge it couple hours and see what happens, that battery could be toast
having gotten discharged that low.
As far as what drained the battery, try searching the threads.

Thank you. I did exactly that. At the end of night, the charger showed 85% charge, but nothing worked. today it was at 0 again.
