Daylight broken /other lights work fine

Hi,

My front left daylight / DRL doesnt work anymore, all the other lights of the blok work fine
Is there any way i can repair or find the issue without having to replace the whole headlight block?

Looked in the forum but didnt find any moention of it so far

You can probably upgrade the lights to the Diode Dynamic ones..

There isnt much to upgrade, the laramie longhorn lights are already top of the range
only where i live in europe a full light blok +install costs 2500 USD
plus it seesm too complex to install myself if i get one from ebay

Looked at the connectors and they are clean.
Its really only one of both led strips which is down

He's saying diode Dynamics makes a replacement LED assembly for those lights. You just have to find someone willing to take them apart. They pretty much have to be cut open. Otherwise, the only option is a complete new headlight. The lights you are talking about are not DRLs though, and can be disabled using alfaOBD if you don't want to see only one side working.
