Has any body notice their temperature display read 8 to 10 degrees higher than what the outside temperature is?

For me, only reads high when sitting in a hot spot for a while, once moving, it reads correctly.

Thanks, for all the responses. It sounds like I'm not the only one with this problem. It looks like from other responses ram isn't worried about it.

The temp reading, on my 2020 Limited has been screwed up since I got the truck in November. Took it to dealer in January and was told the system is working correctly. As of today, it's stilled jacked up.

Have had mine read both high and low. Garbage design on that one.
