Dash Warning Lights Lit

I have a 21 rebel eco d and my dash is lit up like a Xmas tree with reverse trailer steering unavailable, electronic stabilizing unavailable, trailer brake unavailable, 4wd service. Battery running is 14.1v. Resting is 12.3v.

26k original battery? Time to replace?

Could be. There is a recall on the trailer reverse steering, but tons of battery problems causing multiple lights and warnings.
