Back in 2019 when my truck was a few months old I upgraded my audio. My truck came with the Alpine audio that I wasn't impressed with, so I had two sets of JL audio components installed that sound great. In order to get the right imaging, I disconnected the center speaker, the two rear headliner speakers, and put the tweeters in the dash locations. Well, I'm changing it up again and putting some 3 way components up front and want to try to modify the center speaker opening to fit the two tweeters. My idea is to build a bracket like the pictures below to mount the two tweeters under the grill in the center channel speaker location.
