Damn clunk. I’m lost

bro, get your neck right first before poking around the truck.
trust, tweaked neck adds unneeded frustration to the whole situation.
Too late. Lol. I crawled up under. Checked everything. Pulled the lca bolts and reoriented them. Place that put on the lift made them face each other. Looks like they should go front to back. Seems to cleared up a lot. Going in for alignment Monday and will go from there.

Do you rememeber which bolts were too long? When I ordered parts from the body mount tsb, they sent me smaller bolts but I thought that was a mistake on either my ordering or their processing.
This is the bulletin I had done for the small dull popping sound I would feel in the driver floor going slow out of driveways while turning. It fixed it.

Don't remember which ones they actually replaced

welp hahahaha
i redid my end links today during a failed attempt to swap springs on my fox 2.5... it's a stupid shock collar design that's not like other Fox or King where you can just compress the spring and slide out the lower shock collar and take the spring out. the whole collar was closed off so it looks like a fully disassembly is required to swap springs.

anyways, while I had the front sway bar off, I redid the end links because the bushing were not compressing correctly and I was starting to feel some movement when going over bump, despite i torque it to the instruction spec. Seems fine now lol

Do u have oe style or suspensioaxx endlinks?

I have an alignment and tire rotation monday. 30k mile service also mentions inspecting suspension and cv. Ill see if they’ll do that.
I did order a clamp for my gopro.

Im really thinking the noise is my LCA, but they are brand new. I guess that doesnt mean jack though. Mevotech ttx. I have like 500 miles on them.

How the hell do you get the bottom torqued? The link wants to spin on me and I cant get a wrench on that slanted hex right above the lca. I used a screw driver to try to keep it straight.

Is torque of the endlink on the top, swaybar end just oe spec? My suspensionmax instructions didnt seem complete.

i used a thin 17mm open end and used a 3/8 dewalt gun and 5 ugga dugga and call it a day. If it's too tight it's too tight. if it's not tight then i go back and tight it later lol i was pretty done with the truck after the whole spring fiesco

usually when in doubt i just go by OE spec, or tight it to the same tightness when I remove it. I think for the top nut (the one that goes to sway bar) i did 5 ugga dugga as well.

Horrible angle. Will try again when its not raining cats and dogs but heres the clunk.

I just got the new m12 stubby. That might be toooo many uggs duggas lol
in my experience the milwaukee is not as strong as the dewalt... or at least it doesn't feel that way when uggaduggaing lol

looks like it happened when driver side suspension compresses hmm...
hmm doesn't look like LCA though... LCA barely moved.

i don't think so.
After I get my alignment I’ll find a better spot to put the camera.
Alignment seems pointless now if I gotta change something else but I don’t want to destroy my tires if this takes long to figure out.

I have a back country trip coming up end of may so I’d love to have this all ironed out before then. It’s been going on since like december. Ugh.

damn bro... i pray for you.

you're way too far for me to get out and look at it  going on a weekend overnight driving trip to the neighboring state just to help a friend fix his car is nothing new for me but going almost cross country is not happening...
