My 2021 with 60k on the odometer threw a P0302 code the other day. I read through a ton of threads and was prepared to start diagnosing it the next time the sun was out and the temperature was above 30 degrees. In the meanwhile, I went to add some fuel cleaner and realized my gas tank was open. I added the cleaner, closed the gas tank door and started the truck - no more check engine light.

I drove a few hours and still nothing. Could that really have been it?

My money would be on the injector cleaner, the filler door has nothing to do with the sealing of the EVAP system.
