I am currently running Superlift 2” spacers on the front of my 2020 Laramie 4x4, with stock control arms. I have been running like this for 70,000 miles now (133,000 total on the truck). Tires are 33” BFGs. The truck is perfectly level, and I only use easy dirt roads occasionally, otherwise all highway miles. My only concern is eventual upper ball joint issues. Are my worries warranted?
If I switch the setup, can I run a simple aftermarket control arm, with just Bilstein 5100s to achieve roughly the same result of being perfectly level, or will I need to purchase rear shocks/spacer?
