Can somebody explain the current reading (0-99) on the Fuel Economy screen? Have ideas but not sure of the meaning. All I can find is Current Econ, does it mean 0-99% efficient?

I have always assumed it displays the instantaneous (current) miles per gallon. Maxes out at 99 mpg.

My learning from watching it in the past was to keep the number high: don't go up hills, don't stop, don't accelerate :)

Thank You for the clarification.
