I've had mine a year and just stumbled on this - the rear middle seat belt shoulder/lap belt isn't secured to anything? The anchor point is just loose and not connected to anything in the floor. Is yours like this? Perhaps this is a dealer-prep item and mine just didn't do it? Mine is just tucked in at the top and hidden away. I happened to pull on it to see how the middle seat would feel buckled up and then saw that the other end was just loose in there.
