I'm in the happy position to have access to the programs in the title. Question is which is a better deal or place to start? Is the answer the same if I plan to factory order?

Thanks in advance!

USAA no longer has a program as it was discontinued on 1 October 2020. USAA severed ties with TrueCar. Google it if you’d like.
TrueCar has their own now but it is only $500. USAA was $1000 but that is over now.

Affiliate is likely your best bet and it will work on factory orders.

Affiliate would definitely be the first stop. I have tried both USAA (now gone) and Costco several times in the past, and in every case I was able to beat the prices pretty significantly by negotiating with a dealer directly.

Another question, anyone here used a broker, especially an out of state broker?

Affilate is so easy. I have used it 4 times now. Its flawless as long as its a dealer that knows how it works
