Absolutely no drone, even with Corsa Xtreme and long tube headers
Corsa catback, S&B Cold Air Intake, AFE power (Long tube) headers, Custom PCM & TCM tune (Diablosport)
Before tune: 290,7 WHP @5600 RPM
After tune: 335 WHP @6000 RPM
Gain: 45 WHP
Estimated from factory: 395 HP
Estimated after tune: 455 HP @6000 RPM
Assuming 26,4% drivetrain loss, the truck should pick up approximately 60 HP at the crank.

Sounds awesome! Do you mind sharing Dyno graphs and how much this upgrade cost ya?

Ive never seen a dyno run like that just ripping through the gears, how does it know where peak hp and torque are if you're not running through the majority of the rev range?

I’m guessing this was just for the sake of posting a video for sound.

Hopefully they did a full 6th gear pull.

Could be doing a transmission tune with starting in 1st gear.

It seems expensive for the gain of only 45WHP.
Intake: 300 ~ 350
Headers: 1650 ~ 1850
Exhaust: 900 ~ 1000
Tuning: ~ 1000 (totally guessing)

Around ~ 4000 grand, so just shy of $100 per HP. This is also assuming no labor.

Almost worth the extra cash to go FI and get around 150hp for not much more.

Not much more? Force induction is at least 7500. You still need a pcm unlock for tuning, and blower kit is like 5800-6k cheapest I’ve seen.

These are great numbers,

I have a very simular setup and additional small CAM. Dyno first at 374 rwhp and 418 torque with my first tune... after a lot of data logging and tuning, its make approx. 390 rwhp and that is a guess with my tuner. Jan. I will have another dyno done.

My first dyno:

The truck kept kicking back when flooring it. We tried a fifth gear pull (locked in fifth) from 3500rpm and then floor it, but still it kept kicking back... and it's true you don't get to see the full rev range. I have just one graph where it didn't kick back, but I should do another pull. How do you get the truck locked so it doesn't kick back? I've attached the graph of the run (going through the gears).

The cost of all this was indeed quite expensive:

S&B CAI: € 425
Corsa catback: € 1600 (with the gunmetal tips)
aFe LT headers: € 1.600 + € 400 (labour)
Diablosport + custom tune: € 1.300

BTW I live in Europe (Belgium)... these prices are all ex VAT.

Props to you in Belgium for buying a truck in Europe.
I miss that Corsa sound, indeed has no drone even catless.
aFe headers are 1 7/8" ? Hmmm.. You're right, you can't keep gear when you floor it which sucks.

Good numbers for bolt ons ;)

It would really have to be done apples to apples, dollar per HP to see what is the real cost.
From a quick glance it just seems like a lot for the gain. then again, Mopar HP is expensive. Nothing like modding a LS block, cheap and **** load of gains.
Plus the sound of the S/C whine is priceless (or like you said around 7500) :)

Two things; first, thanks for providing real dyno data, not the usual "feels stronger;" and two, awesome to see the Belgians digging some American muscle :D
