Cold weather operation and Front camera

have any cold weather operators seen this? this only happens when my truck is parked outside for 8-10 hrs in cold after work, goes away once it warms up

Definitely a defect. Woke up to a - 16 degree (celcius) morning today and everything was crystal clear. That is not proper behaviour.

Same exact thing happens to mine!!! Glad to have found someone else with the problem. Turning off the truck, opening the door and restarting clears it immediately if you need to use the camera right away.

thats good to know, i will give it a shot and report back. today the truck was out for 4 hours, it didnt happen, but its also balmy 12 F here

Every time the temp drops below -10 celcius my side and front cameras do this. Power cycle after it warms up clears it. More of an annoyance that there's this glitch in the system.

Ya I worry about this. -35 last week, -32 F this week. Things get weird when it gets that cold.

I don’t blame em if it happens in that cold, I am in ND, it’s not surprising to see -40 or so a few times a winter and I can live with it
