Cluster Gauge brightness issue

I’m hoping for a software update to fix the instrument cluster brightness or lack there of. The brightness control only goes up to say 40% brightness before you hit the brightest to the max — which is way too bright and when you do that it turns off the ambient lights.

I have noticed the same thing with the big jump in brightness level. Very annoying when the headlights come on during the day because the wipers are on. Then you can't see the screen or other displays. I end up having to turn the dimmer from max(~40%) up to the full on to see the screen and next time I drive at night it is blindingly bright.

Yes...if you deselect “auto”.
